Dashboard UI design
Data-heavy screens organized around the decision the user has to make, with filters, tables and charts that stay readable at real data volumes.
Services
For product teams whose interface has grown inconsistent, confusing or slow to build.
Users cannot find the thing they came for. Designers and developers argue about spacing on every screen. The dashboard has forty widgets and no clear next action. Good UI/UX design services take steps out of your users' work and arguments out of your team's, and both come from designing a system instead of a pile of screens.
We start with the job someone is trying to finish and map the shortest route to it. Navigation and labels follow from that, not from your org chart.
You click through the product before it is built, and so do a few real users. Problems found here cost hours to fix instead of weeks.
Empty, loading, error and edge-case states are designed, not left for developers to guess, so the finished product feels finished.
Tokens, components and usage rules arrive as a reusable library. New screens get faster to design and build, and the product stops drifting.
Color contrast and keyboard behavior are resolved in the design file and checked against WCAG AA, instead of being found during a late audit.
Annotated specs, tokens and component documentation let engineers build without waiting on answers.
Data-heavy screens organized around the decision the user has to make, with filters, tables and charts that stay readable at real data volumes.
Existing products reorganized without breaking habits, with the changes rolled out in stages so users are not surprised.
One token scale and component library shared across products that had drifted into different visual languages.
The first ten minutes of a product, designed so new users reach their first useful result quickly.
01
We review your users, analytics and current screens, and agree which tasks matter most. Typical time: 1 week.
02
We map flows and information architecture, and decide what is redesigned first. Typical time: about 1 week.
03
Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens and components, reviewed with you each week. Typical time: 2 to 5 weeks.
04
We stay available while your developers or ours implement the design, and answer questions the same day where possible. Typical time: alongside engineering.
05
Prototype testing with real users and an accessibility review before the design is called done. Typical time: 1 week.
06
Design reviews of the live product and updates to the system as new needs appear. Typical time: ongoing.
Design timelines depend on how many flows are involved and how quickly feedback arrives. These are typical ranges, confirmed in your written estimate.
Single flow or dashboard redesign
Roughly 3 to 5 weeks
Full product design with a design system
Roughly 2 to 3 months
Design system rollout across several apps
Scoped in phases, starting with the screens used most
Well-defined builds with a clear finish line
A defined outcome, an agreed timeline and a fixed commercial envelope, with change requests handled explicitly.
Ongoing product work and long roadmaps
A consistent group working to your priorities, integrated with your rituals, planning and tooling.
Every project is different. Contact us with an outline of yours and we will send a project-specific estimate. Start the conversation.
User flow mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity screens, a component library and developer hand-off. We also resolve accessibility questions in the design itself. You receive editable Figma files, not flat images, so your team can extend the work after we finish and your developers can build from it directly. Documentation explains how each component should be used.
Yes. We review analytics and current screens first, then redesign in stages, starting with the flows used most. Each stage can ship on its own. That avoids a risky big-bang launch and gives you evidence from real usage before the next stage begins. We also design clear changelog messages for your users.
A design system is a shared set of tokens, components and rules that make every screen look and behave consistently. You need one when several people build screens, when you run more than one product, or when every new page restarts old arguments. For a very small product, a light version is enough.
Yes. We design around the decision the user needs to make, then choose the filters, tables and charts that support it. We test layouts with realistic data volumes, because a dashboard that looks clean with ten rows often fails with ten thousand. Accessibility and keyboard use are included. We also document how each chart and table behaves with long labels, empty data and errors.
Yes. You receive the Figma files, the token definitions, component documentation and usage notes, all in your own account. Nothing is locked in our tools. If your developers have questions after hand-off, we stay available for a defined period to answer them and review the implemented screens. Nothing about the files ties you to us.
Yes. We can implement the design in React and Next.js using the same tokens and components, or hand it to your engineers. Doing both under one team removes the usual gap between design and code, but it is optional. You can also use us for design only and build in-house. Either way, the design files stay yours.
A single flow or dashboard redesign often takes a few weeks. A full product design with a design system takes a couple of months. The main factors are the number of flows, how fast feedback arrives and whether research is needed. We work in weekly reviews, so you see progress throughout instead of waiting for a final reveal.
Yes, at a scale that suits the project. That can mean reviewing analytics and support tickets, interviewing a handful of users, and testing a clickable prototype before development starts. Even five short sessions usually reveal the biggest problems. We report findings plainly and change the design where the evidence points.
